Thank you for visiting our website! We at the Grimsby Quilters Guild are looking forward to a great start to this season!
Our October meeting was a big hit again with our member led demos. The President’s Challenge was introduced; it is on our website for members to see. The premise is the humble half square triangle…but there is more to it! Our kind and generous members donated boxes and bags of personal items for Gillian’s Place again…as part of our outreach program. We invite members to bring in their challenge projects from last year for Show and Tell, we would love to hear more about them.
Al Cote will be our speaker on November 20th, with a workshop the next day which is full. Program details can be found elsewhere on this website.
Members are invited to bring quilted placemats to our November meeting, to be shared with Christmas hampers/meals in December.
As usual, we look forward to sharing a potluck dinner for our December meeting and as always there will be further details on the website.
Guests are always welcome for a $10 entry fee. We love to have new faces visiting and joining our guild! Our shared love of quilting is just the beginning…we have lots to learn and share with each other!
